Born in Italy and hold dual citizenship with Italy and the United States. Graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts in 1996. Twenty years of hotel experience, as well as 10 years experience in working in independent restaurants.

Run the daily operations of food and beverage and hospitality establishments, creating and maintaining a positive working environment. Skilled at securing long-term business contracts with major corporations.
